Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days from the day you (or someone you designate) receives the goods, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period exceeds the statutory minimum of 14 days.

For orders consisting of multiple items delivered separately, the cancellation period runs from the date you receive the last item.

How to Cancel

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except where you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option we offered). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

14 days after the day we receive back the goods; or
14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
14 days after the day you communicated your cancellation (if no goods were sent)

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning Goods After Cancellation

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your cancellation to us.

You bear the cost of return unless the order value exceeds £40 and the item was delivered within the UK, in which case we will provide a free prepaid return label. See our Returns Policy for full details.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

Exclusions

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
Sealed goods rendered unsuitable for return after opening for hygiene reasons (e.g. helmets, apparel)
Business-to-business orders
