Returns Policy

Your Right to Return

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

For multiple items delivered separately, the 30-day period begins from the date you receive the last item in your order.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@aokbikes.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
3. Package the item(s) securely and send them back within 14 days of notifying us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Return Costs

Note: If you return items using your own postage without our prepaid label, we cannot reimburse return shipping costs unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will include the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery upgrades are not refunded.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount for loss in value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to assess their condition and function.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
• Made-to-order or customised products
• Hygiene items (helmets, gloves, apparel) once the seal has been removed
• Software or digital downloads once unlocked
